[PROBLEM DESCRIPTION]
There are a few causes of damaging public places by teens. Firstly, they have too much time and are not able to invent useful and interesting activities by themselves. When they are bored they destroy things without any reason. In addition, peer pressure and an alcohol have an enormous impact  on young people's behavior. For example, one evening I have seen young hooligan throwing a rubbish bin on the street just to show his friends his power and aggression. Besides that, young boys are not afraid of their parents or the police and this is the main reason why so many of them damage places in public areas. Usually they are under 18 and according to the law they cannot be treated like adults and consequently they are given warnings. It is really hard to be respectful to anyone and anything.

[SOLUTIONS DESCRIPTION]
Nevertheless, it is possible to find practical solutions to this problem. Firstly, teenagers should be given more attention by their parents. From early ages young people ought to be taught how to behave properly in O society. Additionally, their supervisors' duty should be to find really exciting activities for them,  kinds of hobbies even connected with the Internet or computer games. Additional sport activities and computer courses may be enough to focus on them and not thinking about illegal actions like painting graffiti on buildings. Besides that, the government and the police should work together in order to pass a tougher laws and execute them. If hooligans were punished for damaging anything, especially in public places such as parks or public buildings, they would not destroy anything.

To sum up, all over the world there are nations which face the problems with youngsters. Usually soft actions like conversations with parents are not enough and this is the reason why in many countries sever laws were passed for those who deliberately damage things.
